Restaurant Build Out
In close collaboration with architect Hudson Black, we brought their detailed vision to life with precision and care, all while navigating a dynamic schedule filled with HVAC installations, staff training, kitchen setup, and health inspections. With both Black Coffee and their architectural team as key stakeholders, the project required a fabrication partner capable of interpreting and executing complex plans with expert craftsmanship. Our work showcased a full range of custom fabrication and millwork within an Industrial Farmhouse-style café. We crafted everything from signage and banquette seating to tabletops, communal tables, beam lighting, cabinetry, wood walls, and exterior door planking.
Adaptability was essential—we carefully coordinated our installation timeline to avoid interfering with critical milestones such as inspections and staff onboarding. Our experience in program and account management ensured a smooth build-out that supported, rather than disrupted, the café’s launch.
The results were a thoughtfully executed interior and storefront that blended form and function—now a standout destination for Black Coffee’s guests. This project highlighted our dedication to delivering custom, high-quality solutions on time and with exceptional craftsmanship.
